Oven Roasted Tomatoes
  1. Heat the oven to 325° F. Cut the tomatoes in half. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet. Spread the garlic and thyme around the tomatoes.

  2. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the tomatoes. Add some freshly ground black pepper.

  3. Roast in the oven for 1 hour. Remove and set aside to cool slightly before serving. These tomatoes can be served warm as a side dish, or cold as part of a salad.
