Pan-fry chicken drums for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add homemade sauce to the pan and let it boil.
Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onions, and white stems of leek into the pan and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from the pan. Add glass noodles and green leaves of leek. Keep stirring until noodles soak up the sauce, removing some sauce if it is too saucy.
Add chicken back into the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with roasted sesame and serve.
