Slice carrot, onion, mushroom, and bell pepper into julienned strips
Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat
Add carrot and onion, stir-fry for 1 minute
Add mushroom and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 1 minute
Add 100g soaked glass noodles and the seasoning sauce (minced garlic, light soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil), stir-fry for 30 seconds
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds
