Air Fryer Cheat’s Roast Dinner - Part 2
  1. For the stuffing, sauté the onions in a pot with the butter, mix in the breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, and seasoning, add a little extra butter or splash of stock if too dry.

  2. Cut the tenderloin into two pieces so it’s easier to fit in your Airfryer.

  3. Cut into the centre of each piece to create a pocket, then add a layer of stuffing inside, then fold it back over.

  4. Wrap each piece tightly with thin style streaky bacon, tucking the ends underneath.

  5. Season lightly on top with salt, pepper and thyme.

  6. Preheat your air fryer to 200c and then pop in the pork and cook for 15 minutes, until the pork reads at least 63c.

  7. Rest for a minute or two , then slice up and serve with some roasties and veg and pour over hot gravy and enjoy!
