  1. Mix together ⅔ cup self-rising flour and 1 tablespoon grated cold butter.

  2. Add ⅓ cup whole milk and stir gently to form a sticky dough.

  3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and fold/press gently a few times.

  4. Cut out 2-3 biscuits using a 2.5-inch biscuit cutter.

  5. Place biscuits in a cold 8-inch non-stick skillet.

  6. Cook over medium-low heat with the lid on for 3-4 minutes per side, adjusting heat as needed.

  7. Make a honey-butter topping by mixing 1 tbsp room temperature butter and 1 tbsp honey.

  8. Serve biscuits warm with honey-butter.
