Paleo & Aip Cassava Flour Waffles (one-bowl)
  1. Plug in waffle iron, to pre-heat.

  2. Add all dry ingredients to large mixing bowl. Stir to mix.

  3. Add wet ingredients. Mix well. (The batter will be thick, which is important for this egg-free recipe to succeed, so don't thin it with extra milk.)

  4. Optional, depending on if your waffle iron is truly non-stick: Spray waffle iron with coconut oil spray or something similar. Add the correct amount of waffle batter for your iron, usually about ⅔ full because it will expand. (I use 5 ounces of batter on my waffle iron.) Cook about 4 minutes, until golden brown on top.

  5. Serve with maple syrup or preferred waffle toppings!
