Furikake Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400ºF/200ºC

  2. Let the salmon come to room temperature while the oven heats up.1 lb salmon fillets

  3. Mix the mayonnaise, wasabi, and soy in a small bowl.2 tablespoons mayonnaise1 teaspoon wasabi½ teaspoon soy sauce

  4. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.

  5. Sprinkle the furikake over the salmon.3 tablespoons Furikake

  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and cook in the middle of the oven for 6-8 minutes if you have 4 thin fillets or 8-10 minutes if you have 2 thick fillets.

  8. Line the air fryer basket with a square of parchment paper or a store-bought liner.

  9. Place the salmon fillets in the basket with space between them. Cook for 6-8 minutes if you have 4 thin fillets or 8-10 minutes if you have 2 thick fillets.
