Make the garlic confit, place garlic cloves in olive oil with rosemary in oven at 250 for 2 hours
Make the butter by mixing together ½ cup butter, a bunch of garlic confit, 1 tbsp chopped basil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Cut your loaf of bread as seen above (or you can buy a round loaf of bread to make it easier) and coat in the garlic butter mixture. Place in oven for 10-15 mins at 400F or until crispy!
Add 1 tbsp butter to a pan and melt. Add 1 tbsp all purpose flour and mix until all coated (about 1 min)
Add 1 and ½ cup whole milk and mix for about 3-4 mins
Add 1 and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and mix
Add ½ tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. And ¼ tsp paprika and mix until sauce is uniform
Add your cooked gnocchi and coat
Add your mac n cheese to bread bowl and serve!
