  1. Grate ginger and garlic into a jar

  2. Squeeze limes to obtain juice and add to the jar

  3. Add remaining ingredients (olive oil, soy sauce or tamari, honey, toasted sesame oil, chili-garlic paste) to the jar and shake until emulsified
