In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs until well mixed.
Scoop the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
