    MISO GLAZE

  1. Melt butter in pan

  2. Add other ingredients and stir well; bringing to mild boil over med heat

  3. Let sit to thicken as fish or scallops are cooking

  4. Brush or spoon onto above, and put back into oven, covered grill, or air fryer for 2 min and it will caramelize a bit
