  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, peppermint extract and spirulina until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a glass container.

  3. Stir in chocolate bits.

  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

  5. Let thaw for about 10 minutes, scoop and enjoy!
