Melt 100 g of dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil in a double boiler.
Bring all the ingredients together at room temperature.
Knead the dough until it comes together.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 2cm thick and 12cm long.
Cut the dough into 1.5 cm wide bars.
Place the bars on a baking tray covered with baking paper, not too far apart.
Bake in a fan oven preheated to 160° until the top turns slightly pink (about 15 minutes).
After cooling, dip the cookies in chocolate and place them back on the baking paper.
Optionally, draw a design on the cookies with chocolate.
