Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub and pierce potatoes, then bake for 1 hour until tender.
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until bright green.
Heat oil, season and sear steak 2–3 minutes per side.
Add butter and paprika, cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side.
Heat cream, whisk in cheese until smooth.
Slice potatoes, fluff, layer with broccoli, steak, and shrimp.
Drizzle with cheese sauce and garnish with parsley.
