Wrap the garlic cloves in foil, place in slow cooker
Cook chicken in slow cooker on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours
Remove garlic, shred chicken
Cook pasta to 50% of package instructions, reserve ½ cup pasta water
Make 3 Cheese Alfredo Sauce by blending cottage cheese, cream cheese, parmigiano reggiano, Asiago, and milk
Combine shredded chicken, pasta, and sauce, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
Portion into 10 equal sized containers and freeze
To reheat, microwave for ~4 minutes and add 2-3 tablespoons of milk if sauce has absorbed
