Crusty Cranberry Nut No Knead Bread
  1. In a large bowl using a silicone spatula, stir the first 5 ingredients together.

  2. Mix the honey and water together, then pour on top. Mix to combine.

  3. Cover tightly. Set on the counter at room temperature and allow to rise for 12–18 hours.

  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and shape into a ball.

  5. Transfer the dough to a large piece of parchment paper. Score an X into the top.

  6. Cover dough lightly and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  7. Preheat the oven to 475°F (246°C) and place your Dutch oven in the oven for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove the Dutch oven and carefully place the dough inside with the parchment paper.

  9. Cover with the lid and bake for 25 minutes.

  10. Remove the lid and continue baking for 8–10 more minutes until golden brown.

  11. Remove pot from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
