4 Ingredient Egg Biscuits
  1. In a bowl, combine 1 ¾ cup Greek yogurt and 4 eggs. Give that a really good whisk.

  2. Add in 2 ½ cups self rise flour (or 2 ½ cups all purpose flour, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt), along with ¼ cup hemp seeds and any spices (I did garlic powder and chilli flakes). Mix well with a spatula.

  3. Finally, add in ½ cup chopped peppers, ½ cup chopped salami (ham, etc.) and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix that really well till everything is combined.

  4. Using heavily floured hands, grab biscuit sized pieces of dough and roll into a ball. Place each ball onto a parchment lined baking sheet and lightly press down to flatten.

  5. Top with more shredded cheese then bake at 400F for 5 min and 350F for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy or freeze for meal prep!
