Cauliflower with sumac and lemon
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan).

  2. Drizzle wedges with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, sumac and cumin.

  3. Cover loosely with foil and roast for 45-55 minutes, turning halfway through. They should be golden brown and tender when inserted with a skewer.

  4. To serve, drizzle with oil and a squeeze of lemon.

  5. Scatter with basil. Serves 6 as a side dish
