Sandwich Bread
  1. Combine milk, water, yeast and sugar. Let rest 10 minutes.

  2. To the yeast mixture add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

  3. Knead for 10 minutes, or until you have a soft, smooth dough.

  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour!or until doubled in size.

  5. On a lightly floured surface, divide your dough into 2 equal portions.

  6. Shape your loaves. Rolling and tucking seams along the way.

  7. Place into a greased loaf pan.

  8. Rise, 1 hour or until 1” above the top of the pan.

  9. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing!
