  1. Grab 1 block of extra firm organic tofu and cut it in half lengthwise, pat it down with paper towels, pushing down with force to remove any liquid it contains, cut the tofu into ¾ inch cubes and add to a bowl

  2. Add a generous tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the tofu, along with ½ teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of sea salt and a ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, toss together until well combined

  3. Add the tofu to a baking tray lined with foil paper, make sure all the cubes of tofu are in a single layer, add to a preheated oven bake+broil option 250 C - 480 F, after 15 minutes remove from the oven and add to a serving dish, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, enjoy!
