Sweet N' Spicy Beef Ramen Noodles
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil (and red pepper flakes, if using).

  4. Pour the sauce over the beef and onions and stir to coat.

  5. Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Add broth and bring to a boil, then add ramen noodles. Cook according to package directions.

  6. Reduce heat, break up the noodles, add broccoli, and cover to steam until tender.

  7. Finish with green onions and sesame seeds.
