Booze-free Rhubarb Lime Gimlet Recipe
  1. Add rhubarb shrub, lime juice, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.

  3. Strain into two 6 or 7 ounce glasses, add ice, top with seltzer, and serve immediately.
