Preheat the oven to 180C (160C Fan or Gas Mark 4) and line the cake tin with baking paper.
Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl until fully blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Combine lemon juice and sugar to make the glaze.
As soon as the traybake is out of the oven, pour the glaze over the cake and spread it all over the surface.
Let the cake cool in the tin before serving.
