  1. Soak cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes.

  2. Add all ingredients to your blender (except fresh herbs) and blend until smooth. Add soy milk as needed to thin.

  3. Chop up your fresh dill and chives and mix to combine.

  4. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
