Copycat Belvita Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C). Line a cookie sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients with either a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer.

  3. The mixture should be crumbly, but should hold together if pressed in to a ball in your hand.

  4. Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan and press into the pan using a rolling pin or your hands.

  5. Bake at 350° F (180° C) for 15 minutes.

  6. Pull them out of the oven and immediately use a pizza cutter to cut the biscuits into squares.

  7. Allow the pan to cool completely before eating/serving. If your biscuits are still soft, you can bake them for an additional 5 minutes, if needed.

  8. Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
