MAPLE BOURBON PECAN PIE
  1. Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in saucepan.

  2. Heat over medium heat until everything incorporates.

  3. Increase heat and boil for 1 minute.

  4. Cool to lukewarm (about 45 minutes).

  5. Whisk eggs and vanilla in separate bowl with a pinch of salt.

  6. Slowly whisk maple syrup mixture into egg mixture.

  7. Stir in the pecans, bacon, and bourbon,.

  8. Pour the filling into the crust.

  9. Preheat recteq at 350°F and bake the pie on grill for about 55-60 minutes.

  10. The filling should be set in the middle and puffed around edges.

  11. Let cool and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
