Use an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the condensed milk, regular milk, and pudding mix. Beat on high speed for about 2 minutes, until blended. Add half of the whipped cream and beat just until combined.
To assemble the pudding, use a 3 qt bowl or a 13 x 9 glass dish. Cover the bottom of the bowl with vanilla wafers, arranging them in a single layer without overlapping. Then put a slice of banana on top of each wafer. Spoon the pudding on top of the wafers and bananas.
Repeat the process (depending on which dish you use) creating more layers.
Spoon the remaining whipped cream on top and take a spatula and tap the top of the whip cream to make little peaks. Decorate with Vanilla wafers around the top edge of the dish.
Put 10 Vanilla Wafers in a gallon zip lock bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the Vanilla wafers to a crumble consistency. Then sprinkle the crumble on top of the whip cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
