Lavender-rosemary Infused Vodka
  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Rinse the herbs and place them into a clean quart-sized Mason jar or similar jar with a tight sealing lid.

  3. Pour the vodka over the herbs and seal the lid tightly.

  4. Shake a few times and store the jar in a cool, dark place for three to five days. Starting on the second day, test the flavor of the infusion daily.

  5. Bottle and store as you would any other vodka. Once the herbal flavor has reached your desired taste, strain the herbs from the vodka using a fine strainer or coffee filter.
