Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the melted butter in a 9x13 dish and make sure all sides of the pan are coated to avoid sticking.
Whisk together the eggs and seasonings. Then slowly whisk in the milk and salsa. Pour into baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes (the time can vary depending on on what size pan you use - a smaller dish will require a longer cook time). Make sure to stir the eggs around 15 minutes and then again at 30 minutes. Continue cooking until the eggs are set. I normally pull them out when they are still slightly wet but not runny (as they will continue cooking as they cool and to avoid over cooking). Also, be careful when putting in the oven and stirring - it's easy to spill and make a mess.
