Roasted Radishes
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare radishes: Wash radishes thoroughly. Trim off the tops and roots, then cut each radish in half (or quarters if they’re large).

  3. Season: In a bowl, toss radish halves with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until well coated.

  4. Arrange on a baking sheet: Spread the radishes out on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down for best caramelization.

  5. Roast: Bake for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Radishes should be golden, tender inside, and slightly crisp outside.

  6. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
