Sesame Noodles
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

  2. In a mortar and pestle, mash the garlic, then add the peanuts. Crush them until finely chopped.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the garlic-peanut mixture with tahini, mushroom soy sauce, soy sauce, chili oil, lime juice, hot water, and sesame seeds.

  4. Add the cooked noodles and chopped scallions to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

  5. Garnish with additional scallions on top and serve immediately.
