Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, shred the chicken. Add the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, hot sauce and ¾ cup of the shredded cheese. Mix together until combined.
Add the green onion, garlic powder, onion powder and dried parsley. Mix until evenly distributed.
Add dip mixture to an 8×8 baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling.
Top with crumbled blue cheese, additional sliced green onions and a few slices of jalapeno pepper, if desired.
Serve warm with chips, crackers and veggies of choice.
