Soften the butter and cream with the sugar until smooth.
Add the egg, and mix again.
Add the flour, milk and mincemeat, then mix everything into a thick batter.
Line a small loaf tin and add the batter. Spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the middles comes out clean.
Leave to cool down completely before slicing.
