Mix the flour, yogurt, and baking powder into a dough.
Add a pinch of nutmeg to give it that bakery flavour.
Mix the sweetener and 20g of ricotta and spread it on the flattened dough.
Top it with a mixture of cinnamon & sweetener.
Roll it up & cut equal pieces (I got 5).
Bake @180C/360F for 20 minutes.
Drizzle with a mix of 10g ricotta, sweetener, and a Tbsp of water.
