Low-cal Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Mix the flour, yogurt, and baking powder into a dough.

  2. Add a pinch of nutmeg to give it that bakery flavour.

  3. Mix the sweetener and 20g of ricotta and spread it on the flattened dough.

  4. Top it with a mixture of cinnamon & sweetener.

  5. Roll it up & cut equal pieces (I got 5).

  6. Bake @180C/360F for 20 minutes.

  7. Drizzle with a mix of 10g ricotta, sweetener, and a Tbsp of water.
