Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked. Drain well and let it steam dry for a few minutes.
Season the pasta with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, chilli flakes and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
Air fry at 190°C until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through (10-15 mins).
Make the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh parsley until smooth.
Prepare the salad base by combining chopped cucumber, lettuce, tomato and red onion in a bowl.
Assemble by adding the crispy pasta to the salad and tossing everything together with the dressing.
