Crispy Pasta Salad
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked. Drain well and let it steam dry for a few minutes.

  2. Season the pasta with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, chilli flakes and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Air fry at 190°C until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through (10-15 mins).

  4. Make the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh parsley until smooth.

  5. Prepare the salad base by combining chopped cucumber, lettuce, tomato and red onion in a bowl.

  6. Assemble by adding the crispy pasta to the salad and tossing everything together with the dressing.
