Season chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes
Grate carrots and chop broccoli into fine pieces
Cook diced bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside
Add seasoned chicken to the same pan and cook until nicely seared, then set aside to rest
Add broccoli and carrots to the pan and let them sweat down
Pour in evaporated milk and season with the same seasonings used for the chicken
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and well combined
Add cooked chicken and bacon back to the pan
Mix in cooked pasta
Garnish with parsley or chives and serve
