Found on the outside of a bag of oatmeal, I forget the brand. Recipes claims 24 cookies but it makes more like 36-48.
Preheat oven 350F, Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment.
Beat butter and sugars together on high speed until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, and oats until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
Optionally refrigerate dough for a couple hours to overnight. Will produce thicker/higher cookies when baked from cold dough.
Drop dough by tablespoon on prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes or until golden. Cool on baking sheets.
