(Side) Potato “Bubbles” 🫧
  1. Boil potatoes whole till their fork-tender, about 30 minutes.

  2. Mash them in a bowl, and combine with all the other ingredients (minus the vegetable oil).

  3. Knead and roll into a long tube (knead in more flour if it’s too sticky to roll), and cut up into inch long squares.

  4. Flatten by pressing a fork into each piece, leaving ridges behind.

  5. Heat a ½” of oil in a pan, and fry each potato piece for a couple minutes on each side.

  6. Top with salt and serve!
