Triple Radish Soup
  1. Cover the meat with water and bring to a boil, then drain and rinse

  2. Peel and cut all 3 shades of radish into large chunks

  3. Put the rinsed meat in a pot, add the radishes, the dates, the apricot kernels, a pinch of salt, then the water

  4. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2 hours

  5. Season to taste with salt and serve
