Red sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in large pot

  2. Add in the chopped onion and garlic

    , cook until translucent

  3. Add seasonings ( pepper flakes, salt, pepper)

  4. Add both cans of tomatos, and soy sauce

  5. Add in basil sprigs

  6. Simmer for 30min / 1 hour
