Gâteau Invisible Aux Pommes (invisible Apple Cake)
  1. Whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, sugar) until frothy.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin spice).

  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet batter while whisking to keep the batter light and frothy.

  4. Add the thinly sliced apples to the batter and mix them in.

  5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and layer the apple-batter mixture into the pan, pressing down as you go.

  6. Pour any remaining batter over the top of the layered apples.

  7. Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes.

  8. Let cool completely in the fridge.

  9. Garnish with powdered sugar before serving.
