In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Stir in the corn, beans, tomatoes and soup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle chips over the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with beef mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with salsa if desired.
