Viral Dumpling Bake Meal Prep
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Lightly spray 4 individual glass meal prep containers

  3. Add ½ cup bok choy to the bottom of each container

  4. In each container, pour in ¼ cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp red curry sauce, and 1 tbsp soyaki (or substitute)

  5. Stir gently to coat the bok choy

  6. Layer 5 to 6 frozen dumplings on top

  7. Cover containers tightly with foil or lids

  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until dumplings are tender and sauce is bubbling

  9. Remove foil, then top with chili crunch, cilantro, and green onion

  10. To reheat: Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, covered, and stir gently before eating to coat dumplings in sauce
