Parmesan pointed cabbage chips
  1. Clean the outside of the pointed cabbage

  2. Cut several slices from the thick end, approx. 1 cm or slightly thicker

  3. Cut the slices in half

  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper

  6. Grate the Parmesan directly onto the tray

  7. Sprinkle with herbs and spices

  8. Mix together with the oil on the tray and divide into small piles

  9. Sprinkle some more fresh Parmesan cheese on top

  10. Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes

  11. Turn everything over once and bake for another 10 minutes

  12. Leave to cool briefly

  13. Top with crushed pumpkin seeds and fresh parsley
