Clean the outside of the pointed cabbage
Cut several slices from the thick end, approx. 1 cm or slightly thicker
Cut the slices in half
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Grate the Parmesan directly onto the tray
Sprinkle with herbs and spices
Mix together with the oil on the tray and divide into small piles
Sprinkle some more fresh Parmesan cheese on top
Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes
Turn everything over once and bake for another 10 minutes
Leave to cool briefly
Top with crushed pumpkin seeds and fresh parsley
