Whisk together peanut butter, miso, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic until smooth
Toss chicken tenders in half the sauce to coat evenly
Add to slow cooker with a splash of chicken bone broth or water
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8 hours
Stir in the remaining sauce once cooked
Garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes and black pepper
