Vegan Sandwich Bread
  1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Whisk together. Allow 5-10 minutes for the yeast to "bloom"

  2. Add oil, salt, and flour. Mix until everything is mostly incorporated

  3. Kneed for 5-10 minutes

  4. Add to oiled bowl, cover and let double around 1-2 hrs

  5. Punch down, and shape your dough. It does not have to be perfect

  6. Add to greased bread pans, cover and allow to rise for about 30 mins to 1 hour ~Bake at 375f for 25-30 minutes

  7. Remove from pans and let cool on wire rack or stovetop, let cool completely before cutting
