Creamy Baked Potato Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish, pouring some of the cream mixture over each layer. Sprinkle shredded cheese between layers.

  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes until potatoes are tender.

  5. Remove foil, top with crispy fried onions, and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley.
