Homemade Hamburger Buns
  1. Add instant yeast to warm water and stir, let bubble

  2. Add sugar and oil, stir

  3. Whisk up a room temperature egg

  4. Add egg and salt to yeast mixture, stir

  5. Transfer to a stand mixer with dough hook, add flour 1 cup at a time while mixing

  6. Knead until smooth and elastic, slightly sticky is okay

  7. Divide dough into 8 pieces, roll into balls

  8. Place on greased baking sheet or parchment paper

  9. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place

  10. Bake at 425°F for 8 minutes
