Add instant yeast to warm water and stir, let bubble
Add sugar and oil, stir
Whisk up a room temperature egg
Add egg and salt to yeast mixture, stir
Transfer to a stand mixer with dough hook, add flour 1 cup at a time while mixing
Knead until smooth and elastic, slightly sticky is okay
Divide dough into 8 pieces, roll into balls
Place on greased baking sheet or parchment paper
Cover and let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place
Bake at 425°F for 8 minutes
