Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of the lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell for easy access.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Brush the garlic lemon butter generously over the lobster meat, ensuring it's well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. The cooking time can vary depending on the size of the lobster tails.
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic lemon butter.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
