Dubu Jorim (korean Braised Tofu)
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan

  2. Add minced garlic cloves to the oil

  3. Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, and gochugaru to make the sauce

  4. Add the sauce to the pan with garlic

  5. Add tofu to the pan and braise for about 15 minutes

  6. Drizzle with sesame oil

  7. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds
